Terms & Refund Policy

These Terms apply to all services provided by JN Web Solutions (“JNWS”, “we”, “us”), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By placing an order or paying an advance, you (“client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services and scope

The scope of each project is defined by the package or plan you choose on our website, or by the written quote we send you. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

2. Prices and taxes

• Prices on our website are in INR unless stated otherwise. AED and AUD prices are shown for convenience.
• Prices exclude GST, which is added where applicable.
• Domain, hosting, paid plugins, stock media, ad spend and other third-party costs are not included unless clearly stated.

3. Payment terms

• One-time projects (websites, software, automation): 50% advance to start, 30% after design approval and 20% before launch. Large projects may use more milestones as agreed in writing.
• Monthly plans (Local SEO, Ads management, Social Media): billed monthly in advance, with a minimum term of 3 months. After the minimum term, plans continue month to month.
• Ads management: ad spend is paid by the client directly to Google, Meta or other platforms. If spend goes above the limit included in your plan, the management fee is 10% of the extra spend.
• Work may be paused if a payment is overdue.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, logos, images, access and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Revisions and timelines

Each package includes the number of revisions and the delivery time stated on the package. Timelines start after we receive the advance and the required content. Extra revisions or changes in scope may be charged separately.

6. Ownership

Once full payment is received, you own the final website, design files and content created for you. We may keep a copy for our records and show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party plugins, themes, fonts and tools remain subject to their own licences.

7. Results

We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or social media results, because these depend on factors outside our control such as competition, budgets and platform algorithms. We do guarantee clear work, honest reporting and the deliverables listed in your plan.

8. Cancellation and refunds

• One-time projects: if you cancel before any work has started, the advance is refunded after deducting any third-party costs already paid. Once work has started, payments already made are non-refundable, and we deliver the work completed up to that point.
• Monthly plans: fees for the current month are non-refundable. After the 3-month minimum, you can cancel by giving notice before the next billing date.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

9. Support after launch

Each package includes a free support period as stated on the package. Support covers fixing issues in the work we delivered. New features, content changes and third-party updates after this period can be covered by a maintenance plan or charged per task.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by third-party services such as hosting, plugins, payment gateways or advertising platforms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
